This sun-trap holiday home is a spacious and sociable retreat in the heart of one of Cornwall's most popular destinations. The house sits in the breezy and beautiful town of Bude, just a mile and a half from the sea. Bring your best pals and pack your buckets and spades, because the famous sandy stretch of Summerleaze Beach is on your doorstep.

And the house itself is a treat to come back to with sandy toes. Relax in its warm, inviting spaces, catch up in the sunny conservatory and garden, and make some holiday memories around the snooker table. This detached house is a light, contemporary home. Begin in the cheery kitchen and dining space.

It's a lovely room to cook in, with helpful extras like an American-style fridge/freezer and a SMEG range oven to help you prepare family feasts, while the others chill around the dining table. Head through to the lounge, a comfortable and cosy room with a wood burner for extra warmth. French doors lead into the conservatory, a sunny garden room with a stylish seating area, or you might want to roll straight out to the garden.

Multiple levels make the most of the sunshine in this private, green space. The patio is great for an al fresco dinner and there's plenty of space for children to play. When you're ready for bed, discover a range of bedrooms that provide light and quiet retreats. On the ground floor, a double room with its own TV offers a romantic hideaway.

Up on the first floor, two spacious twin rooms are fun and inviting spaces, and the king-size master is bright and restful, also with its own TV.
