This cottage is tucked down a lane on the edge of the village within walking distance of the popular Lion & Lamb pub, when you feel the need to explore keen walkers will find ample opportunity for scenic coastal rambles over National Trust land to Rinsey Head and down to its rugged cove or westwards to the golden stretch of Praa Sands beach and eastwards to the quaint fishing harbour at Porthleven.
Keen golfers may like to try their skill at the nearby Praa Sands Golf course. Well positioned for touring the Lizard Peninsula, Land's End or St Ives, a fine choice of beaches and tourist attractions await your discovery. Close by a walk up Tregonning Hill will be rewarded by superb panoramic views encompassing two coastlines on a clear day.
