Set just off of the Beach Road with your own parking space, Alma House is tucked away but centrally located to shops, eateries and of course the beach, with a coastal breeze drifting in from the beach, is this wonderfully presented mid-terrace cottage awaiting your arrival.

This luxurious, cottage exudes a sleek quality finish. The helpful kitchen comprises opulent units and worktops, tied together with ultra modern fixtures to aide your stay comfortably. A lovely sitting area centres on an electric imitation woodburner adding character to the room, together with nautical themed house-hold accessories.

Step up to the first floor which is elevated by a rejuvenating, neutral colour scheme and comprises the king size room and children's bunks, alongside the family bathroom. A set of steep stairs take you up to the second floor and nesting in the eaves of the roof is a double bed accompanied by a stylish en-suite shower room.

Filled with light by the Velux window, this is a lovely, extra space to get ready for the day ahead in peace. Another Velux window compliments the bedroom along with a feature brick wall. Outside of the property you can enjoy the enclosed tiered garden, hosting a variety of plants and flourishing wildlife.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome, dog bowls and dog blankets are available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Perrananporth Beach 2 minute walk. Note: Steep stairs to second floor however, there is a handrail to assist. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children due to one bedroom having child bunk beds.
