Immaculately presented with clean lines and bespoke fittings, this architect-designed holiday home is a hidden gem on the Cornish coast. With coast and countryside on its doorstep and popular Cornish towns just a short drive away, you’re well-positioned to get to know the many wonders of the West Country through walks, water sports, bike rides and endless opportunities to dine and drink out and about.
As each day draws to a close, return to this impeccable abode where a sunken living room and wood burner invite six guests to socialise and make memories together every evening. The large garage houses a games room with pool, air hockey, table tennis and comfortable seating. Great for rainy day fun.
Along with the exceptional space for relaxation indoors, the property also benefits from a Mediterranean-style terrace outside with ample seating, a BBQ and a hot tub that’s yours to unwind in. An external WC and shower come in handy after taking a dip or when returning home from a surfing excursion.
Inside, the luxury continues through the open-plan living space with a feature double-sided wood burner at its centre. Cook up a delicious meal in the bespoke kitchen, dine at the stylish table and unwind in the plush lounge with its Smart TV. All three bedrooms are to be found just off the hallway; two sumptuous super-king-size rooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and one airy twin bedroom, served by the well-appointed family bathroom.
With a bustling harbour, a popular beach and a local pub, the nearby village of Portreath (2.5 miles) is a destination to visit throughout your stay. It’s backed by the pretty Illogan Woods (2.5 miles) with nature trails to follow and sits on the famed South West Coast Path which offers miles-upon-miles of clifftop scenery to soak up.
Along the way discover two fabulous beaches; Porthowan Beach on the edge of the St Agnes Heritage Coast and the mighty Gwithian Beach (both 6 miles), which is part of St Ives Bay and voted the UK's best beach in 2024 by The Times.
